By accessing, using, or downloading information, documents, software, or any other materials from this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which WinkLeads may update at any time without prior notice. You should periodically visit this page to review the most current version. WinkLeads may, at its sole discretion, terminate your access at any time without notice.

By signing up with WinkLeads, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in civil or criminal penalties and immediate termination of your account. WinkLeads reserves the right to withhold or refuse approval of any new or existing website, company, or individual, with or without cause or notice.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on this website, including information, documents, products, logos, graphics, sounds, images, software, and services, are provided by WinkLeads or their respective third-party providers and are protected by applicable laws. All copyrights, trademarks, and other rights are reserved by WinkLeads and/or its third-party providers.

2. Approval

Membership in the WinkLeads Network requires prior approval. Approval is limited to specific publisher web properties. Upon approval, publishers will receive login credentials to access the network.

Eligibility Criteria

• Websites must be content-based and not merely lists of links or ads.
• Sites must be fully functional; “under construction” sites are not allowed.
• Pop-ups and exit pop-ups are prohibited.
• Content must not include or link to adult material or the following:
  • Racial, ethnic, political, hate-mongering, or objectionable content.
  • Investment or money-making schemes not permitted by law.
  • Material that defames, abuses, or threatens others.
  • Promotion of illegal substances or activities (e.g., illegal gambling, bomb-making, counterfeiting).
  • Software piracy or hacking-related content.
  • Any other illegal activity.
  • Spoofing or traffic manipulation from adult-related sites.

3. Termination

WinkLeads may terminate any publisher’s relationship at any time and for any reason. Termination may be communicated via email and is effective immediately. Publishers must cease using WinkLeads services upon termination.

4. Payment Terms

Payments may be delayed or withheld if advertiser payment has not been received. Future payments may also be withheld to offset bad debt. Unissued earnings roll over to the next pay period. Payments are based on WinkLeads performance tracking data.

WinkLeads is solely responsible for calculating impressions, clicks, and valid actions. Publishers should review campaign terms and submit disputes in writing. Audit reports provided by WinkLeads are final and binding.

5. Editing Restrictions

Affiliates, Publishers, and Partners must use only approved banners and text. Misleading users about offer affiliation is prohibited. Unauthorized use may result in forfeiture of accrued leads or sign-ups.

If any legal action arises against WinkLeads due to your conduct as an affiliate, WinkLeads may share your information with the relevant parties. You agree to bear all costs and liabilities arising from your actions.

6. Law and Legal Notices

This Agreement and related terms constitute the entire agreement with WinkLeads. No third-party rights are conferred. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted to reflect the original intent, and remaining provisions remain effective.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. Section headings are for convenience only. You consent to the jurisdiction of Indian courts for any disputes involving WinkLeads or its affiliates.
